- Because I trust my eyes, ears

I can involve concentrately, attend to situations.

- Because I trust my heart,

it can work fast when in danger.

- Because I trust my tongue, digestive system,

I can eat whatever possible and good.

- Because I trust my lungs,

I can act beyond capacity, in emergencies.

- Because I trust my all tiny, big body parts,

they function well with amazing synchronization.

- I trust my brain, keeping my hand over head,

who is always work for me.

- I trust my energy, keeping my hand over chest,

which is always enlivens me.

- I trust the universal consciousness, by surrendering

because they are with me always.

- I am grateful to all living and non living them,

as I am alive within them and who never let me die.
